Texas Affordable Housing Organization welcomes you and your family to attend one of our free weekly workshops and learn more about our down payment gift program. At our workshop, you will meet our staff, learn about our programs, and see if you qualify for our down payment gift. We will answer all your questions and ask you to fill out our Quick Qualifier. Together with a free credit report which our member lender will provide, we will be able to determine if you are eligible. These workshops are usually held every other Thursday evening at 7:00pm to 8:00pm at the Carver Branch of the Austin Public Library. Contact us for the current schedule.
